Driver Arrival Time:
1. Our drivers will arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time to ensure a prompt departure.

Toll Fees:
1. Toll fees for routes via expressways will be covered by the driver.

Cancellation Policy:
1. The user can cancel the hire within 1 hour of the driver accepting the trip, with no charges.

2. Cancellation after 1 hour or after the driver's arrival will incur a charge equal to 50% of the agreed booking price.

3. A 50% cancellation fee applies if a trip is canceled after it has begun.

4. If the driver is at the pickup location and has waited for over 30 minutes due to the user not being present or unreachable, the cancellation fee will apply.

Payment Terms:
1. The user shall pay the pre-agreed taxi fare to Best Taxi, either in cash or through our secure payment gateway.

2. Standard charges for card payments will be applicable.
